PaidBio vs Linktree

PaidBio vs Linktree: the bio link that shows revenue, not just clicks

Linktree is the better-known tool with more templates and a mobile app. PaidBio exists for one thing Linktree does not do at any price: telling you which link actually made money.

The difference in one paragraph

Linktree reports clicks. A click is not a customer. If two links get 500 clicks each and one produced $4,000 of sales, Linktree shows you two identical numbers.

Where Linktree is the better choice

  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android. PaidBio is web-only.
  • A much larger template and theme library.
  • Brand recognition, which matters if your audience already trusts the name.
  • A longer track record and a bigger support organisation.

If one of those is what you need, use Linktree. We would rather you did than churn in a month.

Questions

Can I import my Linktree links?

There is no one-click importer yet. Most pages are five to fifteen links and take a couple of minutes to re-add, and the audit tool will read your existing page so you can copy from a list.

Is PaidBio cheaper than Linktree?

PaidBio Pro is $9/mo and includes revenue attribution. Linktree's paid tiers are in a similar range but do not include conversion tracking at any level, so the comparison is less about price than about what the money buys.

Do I need my own website to benefit?

For revenue attribution, yes. The conversion pixel goes on the site where the sale happens. Without a site to measure, you get click analytics, which is where Linktree stops anyway.
